Some of the other gun blogs are asking what guns people would buy today if money were no object. Okay, I’ll play your silly game…
1. A mismatched British .303 SMLE that I wouldn’t feel bad about converting into a good hog gun.
2. A 6.5mm Grendel AR15 with a 20-inch barrel and good scope.
3. A .308 FN FAL for those times when 5.56 just isn’t good enough.
4. A Coonan 1911 in .357 magnum.
5 . A Remington 12-gauge 1187 camo’d up and ready for turkey season.
